You maybe feeling overwhelmed right now and more often than than you need to be. Then you realize that you have not completed things on your “to do” list. In fact, sometimes the “to do” list seems so long that you don’t even know where to start and waste time trying to figure out where to start. Then there are the “big” stressors in your life right now. It’s hard to find motivation to really focus on other things.
Depression
Anxious individuals often describe a feeling of not being able to turn off the switch to their minds; when they worry, makes them feel uneasy about things that would not normally matter to someone. The smallest issue or potential hiccup can seem and look like a Huge Mountain of problems.
Relationship
You can have everything right in your relationship. You're sweet and loving to one another. Then the hiccup comes and the shouting of arguments. Really you don't even know what the fuss is all about. You left a crack open that you didn't seal.
Anxiety
Your Anxiety messes up with your thinking levels. It makes your blood pressure high, you begin to stress eat. You feel like you're out of control. There's help for you.
Group Therapy
In this group therapy sometimes you feel ashamed to even speak because you're afraid of what others may perceive about you. Then later on you realize "Hey wow they have it worse than you'. Then you recognize that you're not alone someone else is going through worse or maybe even the same things that you're going through.
Individual Coaching
In this you will find that coaching is a great thing for you. It helps motivate you and hold you accountable for your own actions.
Nutritionist
Registered Dietitians Nutritionists (RDN) are trained medical professionals who provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients and their support system. What does this have to do with Mental Health? I'm so glad you asked. The RDN will serves as an advocate to help ensure adequate resources are available to meet their daily nutritional needs. This session will help you understand by eating a healthy diet will help you understand you a little better by eating right so you can think more clearly.
